For generations, conversations about wealth, real estate and investing have often felt like conversations happening behind closed doors. There are the people who seem to know exactly who to call, what to buy and where to start, and then there are the people standing outside wondering how they got into the room.

Alexia McCall wants to change that through The Flip Collective. McCall is creating a space where women can ask questions, learn about real estate and, more importantly, begin seeing themselves as women who can own, invest and build wealth. The idea came from her own experience.

“When I started my real estate and investing journey, I quickly realized so much information was kept behind closed doors. I had to learn through trial and error, ask countless questions, and figure things out along the way,” McCall said.

Instead of allowing that experience to become the blueprint for the next woman, McCall decided to create something different.

“I wanted to build the community I wish I had when I first started,” she said.

That vision became The Flip Collective. While the name may suggest that the group is solely about flipping houses, McCall sees something much bigger.
